Our clothing items are SUPER easy to take care of. Simply turn the clothing inside out and machine wash cold with mild detergent. Do not dry clean, bleach, or iron directly.

HOW WE DID IT:

Step 1: 

After we receive your uploaded picture, we will hire a professional designer to sketch the simple lines for you and customize the simple painting that is yours.

Step 2:

We adjust the color of the embroidery according to your color preferences and make sure that your order requests are not ignored, such as adding text.

Step 3:

We start embroidering clothes with computerized embroidery machines, which are very advanced and professional and have high speed and efficiency and fine embroidery.  

Clothing has a minimalist look but makes a big statement. The embroidery gives it a special and unique look.

Processing Time

1- Order confirmation:
Your customized information will be confirmed within 2 hours after placing the order and synchronized to the factory. Please make sure your order information and shipping address are accurate before paying. Cannot be modified after the expiration date.

2 - Design (1-3 Business Days): Once you've placed your order, our designers spring into action. ((Note: In order to improve the efficiency of production and shipment, please contact us through IG to send your order number or e-mail in time after placing your order.)

3 - Production (3-5 Business Days): Upon approval, we jump into production mode which takes 3 to 5 days.

4 - Shipping (8-10 Business Days or Faster): With production complete, your product is packaged securely and shipped. Typically, shipping takes 8 to 10 business days but we offer faster shipping options at the checkout.
