• Items ordered before 12:00 PM CST "MAY" ship the same day. In some instances, some items may take longer to ship due to our volunteer availability, testing, holidays, weekends, etc. Most orders are shipped within 72 Business Hours.
• We will ship most Video Games/CD's/DVD's/VHS Movies, etc. via USPS First Class Shipping. If you purchase multiple items, we will upgrade your shipping to USPS 2 Day Priority Mail Regardless. Please remember this for any future purchases.
• Our goal is to get the items you purchased to you as quickly as possible. This ensures that the item is delivered in a timely manner and has a better chance of getting to you in one piece. (grin) We all know how the Post Office Treats our Packages! :)
• If your order total is more than $50.00, we may add additional insurance at no additional cost to you, and we will always add tracking information to each package we ship over $30.00. You the buyer may or may not receive the tracking information, this is simply a tool for us to track an item that is claimed as being Not Delivered.
• If you purchased a Video Game System, or Electronic Item, we will insure your shipment automatically. If the item is damaged during shipping, you may be responsible for filing a claim with the US Postal Service to get your money back. Please note that this is not our policy, but one that is enforced by the US Postal Service.
• If you ship a damaged item back to us without contacting us first, or by following the postal service's strict guidelines, you will not be eligible for a refund or a replacement unit. If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately, we will guide you through the claim process, and get another item shipped to you right away.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not the postal service and we can not guarantee shipping speed. However, we process all items as they come in and are hand delivered to the post office up to 3 times daily during the holiday seasons.
