DO NOT SHIP ANY ITEM BACK WITHOUT AN RMA# OR A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT-YOU WILL NOT GET CREDIT FOR RETURNING THE ITEM IF AN RMA# IS NOT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE.
