Please note that if the disc can not be repaired, we are not responsible for a replacement disc. Our Lifetime Repair Warranty is a free service provided by OurSpecialGift.com Only. We will attempt to repair any disc you purchase from us as for free (Shipping & Handling Fees do not apply) as long as you have your original sales receipt. - Electronics come with a 30 Day Replacement Warranty for Manufacturer Defects only. Please contact the Manufacturer for any additional warranty information.
- Replacement Game Cases, Booklets, and Single Disc purchases are non-refundable. We DO NOT accept returns for these items regardless. These items are considered consumables and are not covered by our returns policy.
- Limited edition items are non-refundable. If an item is sold as a limited edition, the item is non-refundable. We will insure these items to ensure that the item is delivered to you in the same condition that it was listed. If this item is damaged during shipping, you must follow through with a Postal Claim to get reimbursed. Please contact us immediately if your item was damaged during shipping so that we can send you the insurance tag to file a claim. Please note that we will always insure the item for the purchase price + Shipping fees.
